HOW DOES BUYING MIAMI REAL ESTATE IN CRYPTOCURRENCY WORK?
Generally, there are three ways you can buy a property using cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin
Option 1: If a seller accepts a cryptocurrency in your purchase contract and you close the deal in dollars. However, with market volatility being a significant concern, some sellers and buyers are willing to accept cryptocurrency but prefer to convert it to dollars at closing. These transactions are facilitated with the help of a cryptocurrency exchange intermediary that converts the digital currency to cash.
Option 2: is to buy in crypto all the way. A proper cryptocurrency transaction where the seller will accept and keep the payment in crypto is usually determined individually between the buyer and seller. Many sellers will put in the listing notes that they’re open to using crypto.
Option 3: You can use crypto to purchase residences in pre-construction condo projects. Some Miami developers accept crypto for deposits, and some even at closing.
